Requirements
Can I use my international driver's license?
Valid drivers licenses issued in your country are acceptable as well as international licenses.
Do I need insurance?
The daily rate includes 3rd party insurance. To obtain 100% All Risk coverage there is an option to add a $15 All Risk Insurance daily fee.
What are your age requirements?
You must be be at least 23 years of age to rent a car. Contact us with further questions for age 21-23 drivers.
Service
Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Customer pickup and drop off to the office is included in the fees during office hours. Taxi fees incurred from the airport are credited.
Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
Vehicle pickup and drop off services are offered.
Do you pick up at the airports?
Taxi Fees incurred from the airport are credited to the customer.
Do you deliver at the hotels?
Yes, we do deliver to hotels. It is preferred the customer needs to be present to sign the rental contract.
Method of payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay cash, check, credit card, or debit card.
Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?
Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with proper i.d. to sign the rental contract.
Deposit
Do I need a deposit?
A required pre-authorized amount of $500 will be applied to your credit card and only charged in the case damage is incurred. No funds will be withdrawn without communication with the customer.
How much is the deposit?
The pre-authorization amount is $500.00. This will not be charged to your card unless damage occurs.
Type of vehicles
What type of cars do you have?
We have compact, mid size, intermediate, vans, SUVs, Jeeps and trucks.
Do you have automatic or manual shift cars?
We have automatic cars and manual shift cars. Please let us know upon making a reservation, if you have a preference.
Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.
Accessories
Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are a baby seat and GPS systems. We recommend the Maps.Me App on your phone for easy free navigation in Curacao.
Additional charges
Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
No.
Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you.
Monthly Special
If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer.
Returning vehicles
If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?
Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.
Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers for rentals.
